Hey 33girl! Well, re: the SATs, it's better to put down an answer if you can at least eliminate one (much better if you can elim. 2), so your chances are at least 1 in 4. If you have no idea of which answer is wrong or right, it's best to leave it blank - blind guessing usually costs you.
