I think my house does workshops, but I think part of the problem is that a lot of the older girls are really shy and not outgoing. When I rushed my house for the first party I noticed that some of the actives had difficulty keeping the conversations going. I know I can't talk because I'm a bit shy too, but rush didn't bother me. I think what we need to do is somehow show the rushees how great we work as a team. After I joined I noticed that the house is NOTHING like what it seemed during rush. I think that is the main problem with my house. Some of the girls don't get into it and aren't excited about rush. I think (hope) my pledge class will turn that around because when we came into the house we started to change things around. We started doing more campus activities and started getting the house enthusiastic again. Hopefully this enthusiasm will pay off! Thanks again for all of your help!

P.S. Getting help from Nationals is a good idea! I know in the past we have had our graduate consultants come and helps us. The girl we had last year was so helpful! She gave us a lot of ideas for skits and for rush songs.
