I'm not famililar with Washington rush and I've not seen the dress in person, but I think that with pearls and heels it would be perfect. It looks like a very pretty dress, simple but yet interesting with the eyelet.
It's funny, because I was thinking about ordering that same dress in white because it's always so hard finding cute white things for initiation.
