Gee, I wonder what Greek system you're working with...sounds like the University of Tampa ;-)
I don't know how effective any scholarship programming will be at UT. Nothing's seemed to work before, but it's hard to get the chapters to come together. The only exception I found was a speaker, and that's only when individual chapters make it manditory.
