I think it's great that you're interested in learning more about Delta Zeta. Be sure to have your friend tell you about our national philanthropy, Gallaudet University. It's a university for the hearing and speech impaired, and Delta Zeta members have contributed thousands of hours and dollars to it over the years.
When I attended Convention in July, I was so excited to see the Gallaudet dancers perform for us! They are all deaf, and are able to dance by feeling vibrations from the music in the floor of the stage. They were amazingly talented! Never once were they out of step with the music! And I was proud to learn that DZ had contributed the funds which purchased the costumes that the dancers wore during their performance!
