Well, I'm finally back from Lafayette, and I'm very pleased to announce that Zeta Theta extended 7 bids through formal recruitment and had all 7 accept!
This is the first time in recent history that this has happened. We've also had 3 COB's accept so far, and things are looking pretty good for a few more (keep your fingers crossed!). Quota was 19, and 4 out of the 6 chapters made quota, but everyone was eligible to COB because so many women dropped out of recruitment. We had 167 women sign up; 54 dropped out and 26 were not matched. Thankfully, there were no quota additions and the new greek advisor enforced all of the NPC rules to a T. Overall, I am extremely pleased with how recruitment went this year.
