The bolded part is what happened to my PNM this year. Just talked to her mother on Sunday, and she's thinking that DarlingDaughter had a case of FOMO. More's that pity. Had she complied with the system, I really think that DD would have gotten the bid of her choice. But then again, IDK how she behaved when she first got on campus.
