My thoughts are that it's up to the private organizations to define these things, not the government. Are they going to require DNA tests before initiation? How would anybody know? How does it get verified? What about XXY folks?
Seriously, only a woman is every going to be interested in sorority life, legitimately. However, I believe a trans woman is a woman.
