Actually, the GT-R is priced lower than a lot of its competitors because Nissan focused on function over luxury. It doesn’t have the carbon fiber chassis or high-end interior materials you’d find in a Ferrari or Porsche, but what you do get is a hand built twin turbo V6, advanced AWD, and a transaxle layout designed for performance. Instead of charging more for the badge, Nissan invested in engineering. So you end up with a car that delivers supercar level performance at a much more accessible price.

This is why it’s priced the way it is, Phroze, yet it’s half the price of its competitors.
