I’m so sorry, too, Cookiez17. My original chapter closed several years ago due to similar circumstances. Fortunately, I’ve advised another chapter for 25 years, and they honored me by making me a duel initiate.
And while I love my “adopted” brothers, I still ache a bit for my “home” chapter and my pledge brothers, who—like me—are now all 50+ year initiates.
