It really doesn't say enough there to get to criminal intent.
But the deleting evidence on social media, etc. is enough to ruin these kids' lives.
Every fraternity chapter needs to have a trial lawyer on speed dial.
And deleting social media? So they documented their crimes on social media? I thought SDSU was a good school? That's some pretty low IQ stuff.
