When we, as alums, turn a blind eye to actions we know are wrong, we perpetuate the problems. I have been guilty of this...
When active members ignore the potential damage of their actions or the actions of a brother or sister, they too perpetuate the problem.
It may be a "blue" mood-
I feel that standards, character and personal responsibility have been cheapened so dramatically that what we see happening on campuses today is the culmination of a society, in general, that seeks instant gratification and self promotion at ANY cost.
I do not believe that GC is a true reflection of Greeks. I feel, with a few notable exceptions, the members of GC reflect what Greek Life SHOULD be, not how it actually is. Like I said, could be a blue mood.
