Ok, this is probably a really stupid question, but..
Does anyone have anything that they do when they have "bad" dreams? Last night I couldn't sleep too well because I was having a series of horrible dreams and I was wondering if anyone has tried anything to put their mind at ease ? (I tried not going back to sleep, but within a short period of time I had ended up closing my eyes again and falling asleep
