This is a new system of collection that jsut allows for the speedier collection of funds at HQ. It has the 2-fold purpose of allowing materials to be distrubuted faster and for nationals to get their money sooner for use while saving the chapters some money. Remember to remind your chapters that the sooner they get money in, the more a discount they get. This is big especially with insurance as if it's paid before September 15, you get a 10% discount. I know for the chapter I work with, that's almost 2 grand. Bigger chapters get more back.
