Kevin, what was funny, is taht after the Mentoring Session they asked all of the Exec Comm and Alums down to stay behind for a short!
The Problem was how do they Initiate so many New Guys! Problem is, we are a a small Chapter Status!
Hell What a Problem to have so many Guys to worry about that!
I know last time I went for a full blown Ritual, I did not sleep for 2 1/2 days, damn near died!
