I went and looked at the 2011/2012 Expansion thread when
Arkansas opened and had presentations. The organizations that presented were
Alpha Chi Omega, Phi Mu, Delta Gamma, Alpha Gamma Delta, and
Alpha Phi. It wasn't stated at the time, but
Alpha Chi Omega and
Phi Mu expanded in Fall '12 and I am guessing that the others were asked if they would be interested to establish as the campus NPC needed.
