Littles
We have little/bigs at our chapter. How we do it is this: The girls from the latest line get first pick at having a little sister. If the new line has more members than the previous line then older sisters will pick one up if they want to.

Also we tend to gravitate to those that share the same line number as well.

I have 4 littles right now...don't need anymore. Bro_strawter, you know Tweety. Tweety is my little sister.
