actually, last year i was the coordinator for the peer counseling program at davis. it is a hotline/drop-in service for students. i also work two jobs, one as an academic advisor, and the second as a gymnastics coach. you, the audience, don't see these things for several reasons. counseling is of course confidential, and cannot be filmed. UCD did not allow filming on campus. and my gymnasts are minors and thus cannot be portrayed for a large number of reasons. so i am not trying to praise myself or make you believe i am not selfish, i did do some selfish things on the show, but there is another side to my personality, that doesn't necessarily come through.
i can't talk about the show very much, contracts and what not. but i can talk about myself.
as far as sigma goes...i was surprised that the community service didn't make it to filming, no one left that early i guess that makes it uninteresting?
but we went to salvation army and cleaned/sorted things for them, read to children, helped at a nursing home. i LOVE my big sis. she and i are pretty close.
