Is there a 12-step program for those who are addicted to greekchat?

Reading threads in the morning, reading threads at night, reading threads when I am at work and should be typing that report...! I only recently admitted to myself that I am addicted -- it was when I realized that I actually understand Tom E.'s posts (and what wise posts they are!).

I thought of going cold turkey, but I do not think I have the strength. How does everyone control this addition??
