The title of your post was "Is there a sorority for online student" and then, in your post, you say "fraternity".
-- Are you trying to join a women's sorority or a men's fraternity?
-- Are you specifically trying to join an organization from a particular conference? (NIC men's fraternities, NPC women's sororities, NPHC Divine 9 organizations, multicultural, etc)
There ARE "online" sororities and fraternities. Do an internet search for "online sorority" or "online fraternity" both here at GreekChat (search feature is at the top of the screen) or on Google. These organizations are online, not typically associated with colleges, and some do periodically get together in person for community service, etc.
If you are asking if traditional "land-based" fraternities and sororities at universities and colleges accept online students, they usually don't; but, each organization sets it's own rules. That means you have to research them individually.
