Penn State THON 2023
THON 2023 total was an astounding $15,006,132.46 which is $1,249,757.96 more than last year’s total of $13,756,374.50. This was the first in-person 46-hour dance marathon since 2020. Past years THON were held virtually.
This year, 707 dancers took to the Bryce Jordan Center for 46 hours of standing, stretching and following Thon’s student-choreographed line dance. While they found ways to stay upright and awake, over 16,500 volunteers helped keep the center bustling with energy.
