I think you should definitely rush, regardless of what year you're in. I am currently going through informal rush as a second semester junior and I'm loving everything so far. The sisters have been very understanding since I'm a transfer student and I think they can look past the fact that I'll be active for only 2 years (like you). Go for it! Best of luck!
