They were always at a disadvantage for many reasons including never owning their house. I know they struggled with recruitment numbers even before Zeta Tau Alpha moved them out of their house when re-establishing the chapter and then moving way up 15th to Summit.
Sad to see them go; there is already talk about extension since quota is very high and nearly all chapters near campus total.
