To be honest, I find the Pepe Le Pew cartoons today to be almost as problematic as Little Black Sambo. Talk about the *definition* of someone who doesn't take *HELL NO* for an answer. The *only* reason it isn't completely cringeworthy is that in the cartoons, the cat with a painted stripe isn't actually saying *HELL NO*, only "playing hard to get" since she isn't voiced.
