I don't think a lower number is coorilated to being a prude. I just happen to find myself in situations where I'm not going to just KISS a guy on the first date or at random parties. There is nothing with either of those situations either, but 8 times out of 10, a guy will probably think you're being too forward. Now heck, if I were friends with a lot of guys and just kissed them to be funny or whatever that's different.
I don't think number determines prudeness nor willingness to do whatever.
I just think it's a persons personality.
