Aiii. Taking notes? If a guy is so incapable of having a normal conversation on the phone without writing out notes ahead of time, I think it might be best for the world if he just NOT date. I don't think most people have that hard a time on the phone, even the first time. If the conversation doesn't flow naturally, maybe the two people don't have anything in common and probably wouldn't have fun on a date anyway.
The other stuff is fine, but I don't think it's a big deal if a guy is listening to music.
