Thank you for posting this. I think this should be required reading for everyone.
I have found that my white male friends have come around to the idea that sexism is an issue in society, so I have used this paper to open a discussion and I think that its framing in terms of male privilege allows people to have access to this discussion from a viewpoint that is is analogous enough to open that door... but obviously it is not the same and there are many differences between sexism and racism.
