OP, take a breath, most likely if someone is asking for a mailing address I doubt they'd go through the trouble of sending a you a "thanks, but no thanks letter". As Thetalady mentioned the type of org might give us a bit more insight but I would just try and go about your normal life wait for the mail to arrive and hope for the best in the meantime.
