“All potential new members who attended at least one event during primary recruitment are eligible for snap bidding. Women listing intentional single preferences on their membership recruitment acceptance binding agreement (MRABA) are eligible for snap bidding.”
Anyone that participates in at least one event is eligible for a snap.
ETA: There is a portion that describes having people offered snap bids signing MRABA’s but it’s not a requirement to sign
before getting a snap bid.
