Since I graduated in 1997:
We have lost FIJI and SAE. No new fraternities or sororities.
Sigma Kappa has gotten a house, and as of this fall, Theta has a suite in one of the grad dorms.
AEPhi has grown by leaps and bounds.
The Panhel sororities used to be voting IFC members; they have withdrawn from IFC.
The biggest change by far is that, starting this fall, all freshmen will be required to live on campus. A new dorm has been built to support this. Previously, anyone in a fraternity (including freshmen) lived in the fraternity's house.
As a result of this, the school is going to deferred recruitment. Sorority rush will be the first week of spring semester. I think the fraternities will rush in September instead of August. (I'm afraid all of this will kill numbers

I guess we'll see in a few months.)
