Mine is from last year, when I was still an active...
First, we found out about an hour before the first party of day one was set to start that recruitment was postponed due to an outbreak of norovirus, and we were all terrified that it would spread beyond the one house it was affecting (luckily, it didn’t). Then, another round was put on hold for a couple of hours due to a power outage on Franklin Street (our main street and close to most of the other houses) that affected every other house except ours, as we were located farther away. Finally, we had to change our bid day plans on the fly due to the threat of a hurricane. Needless to say, we were EXTREMELY relieved when that recruitment was over!
