I wish I could put a clapping meme here. It is a pet peeve of mine when members act surprised that they need to be available for both prep/polish/work/perfection days and recruitment.

OP - something to keep in mind in regards to having a job and being in greek life: it sounds like you are preparing to go through recruitment so I'm going to assume that's true. As an active, you will have to take even more time off from work as there will be prep time as well as the days of recruitment.

This doesn't mean you can't have a job and be greek, it just means you will need to find a way to accommodate both.
