I have always been interested in joining an organization but i never got the chance to do so.
i attended college but i didn’t not finish due to leaving and becoming Active Duty in the military ...my question is could i still pledge a grad chapter (NPHC) without obtaining my degree or would i have to go back to school to do so ??
