I think this is an important point that no one else has touched on yet...When you go through as a rushee, you only see an organization dropping you and you don't always consider that they might feel the same when you drop them. When I was on the side of an active, it was devastating when you really love a girl and she doesn't come back to your party or she joins another sorority on Bid Day. I hated Preference because I prefed a girl that I really liked who I just knew was going somewhere else.
