Stay away from the pop/soda...
Take a lot of Vitamin C and a multivitamin too...
Sleep well....no late night partying/gc chatting etc.
Stop smoking (if you're a smoker)...
Lastly I recommend a small amount of exercise to keep your metabolism going. Sound funny I know, but it could very well help you feel better.
