My school had a horrible time with women suiciding and then COB'ing at the same chapter the next week, because the chapters would tell them to. This way they make quota, plus they have women in reserve for COB. To stop this, any woman who goes through formal recruitment, suicides, and does not get a bid cannot receive a snap bid or COB with that chapter in the same semester. It has worked some...
