I don't think it matters.
I've been hurt in the past when saying I Love You first, and at one point I only said I Love You because I knew the guy was scheming and that was a way for him to get caught.
With the Man that I Love now, I don't remember who said it first. We both Love each other unconditionally and that is all that is important to me.
