I don't think it's fair to continuously tear Sigma AEPi apart. While, Many greeks are upset because of the way that MTV has portrayed Sigma, I think that everyone needs to keep in mind that Sigma is not representing your own personal organization. While yes, they are representing "sorority life", they are representing their OWN, "sorority life." No matter what organization MTV had filmed, the portrayal never could have, or would be intended to represent all greeks. Take into consideration the location and type of sorority that Sigma is, and that is who they represented. Even if MTV does a second season of sorority life, the next sorority will never be able to demonstate all of the ideals, beliefs and actions of every sorority across the country. EVERY sorority is different. I personally applaud Sigma for having the balls to take this one on. I don't think that they had any intention of insulting or demeaning the greek population.
