I'm not in a NPC org so I don't fully understand the Big Sis/Lil Sis relationship but I couldn't understand how none of them had been "pulled aside" before or during the event so that everyone is clear on expecations - we don't have "formals" during the process but I wish a "special" of mine would have ever shown her behind like they did!! They probably should have sucked it up and just changed rooms and not hotels, but the big sisters shouldn't expect a whole lot of unity from the six girls they have segregated from the rest of the pledge class.
