Erin's right, DZ declined their right to a two-week moratorium on open bidding, which was a very nice gesture on their part. It makes things so much easier for all the sororities that do COB women, because those chapters can still snap bid and then COB throughout the semester.

Aiya- as far as I know, most houses that lose girls from their pledge classes cannot COB due to the fact that the number of women remaining in the pledge class + the number in their chapter still equals a number over total, and the only houses that can COB are those who do not have total PLEDGED to their house. I'm not sure about that, it's a good question and I simply never thought to ask anyone about it.
