The folx up in Philly is a different story. They were some druggies trying to get some ransom money.
I am pretty sure after a minute, they would have cracked under the pressure. If it were that easy for her to break out, they really didn't want to be bothered anyway.
Now for the other cases, they can go 'head with that mess. When was the last time a Black man has been tied to a child abduction (and it came through)? Everyone wants to tie some nonsense to a Black man because they know the police will be on that like white on rice. Prime example: Susan Smith. The police had all the Black men in a 100 mile radius hemmed up, all the while Susan had her kids sleeping with the fish.
Come on now. How many (Black) people are out trying to abduct children?
