Is this pattern of being not so truthful evident in all parts of your life? It could play a role in your not having been able to form lasting bonds in your first sorority..... You also have asked twice about whether to lie (regarding "personal issues" and not submitting your GPA).I would advise you to do some soul searching as well as studying before thinking of attempting to join any organization.
