This seems to be the new trend in recruitment... COLLEGES saying you don't need recs to PARTICIPATE in recruitment. Administration does not want any barriers to anyone participating and have as many girls take part in the process. Fine. But anything you can do to help the PNM stand out and be noticed among the crowd can only help her in the recruitment process.
