Why not just have a chat board about volunteering (volunteerchat?). I don't understand the point of attaching Greek letters and flowers/symbols/etc. And what was the point of singling out non-discrimination toward the LGBT community? You didn't single out any other "group" as examples of non-discrimination, so why that one?
