Ditto that. I'll add that I can't stand it when children are obviously misbehaving in a public place, and their parents are several feet away, blissfully unaware. That's when my fiance and I start playing our favorite game - "Where Are the Parents?"

Another pet peeve is when people say "Okay?" at the end of every statement, as if to say "Did you understand what I just said? I know you're kind of slow..." Example from work, just the other day - "My boss needs to see the tent where we'll be having our cocktail party, ok? She also needs ten extra tickets for that night's performance, ok?" GRRRR! Yes, I understand what you said - no need to ask for verification! It's not just at work - my future MIL does this all the time. ::sigh::
