In my family red meat at every meal is the norm. I am trying to give up red meat, but not all-together. I am allowing myself red meat once a week, maybe twice. I don't want to throw my body into shock or anything.

It's been difficult, but I know it's for the best. When I actually take the time to cook chicken or fish, I tend to eat healthier sides. I hope to one day no longer be a red meat eater....one day.
