Tom, I think you have a good idea. Decoys may be exactly what we need. You know it's pretty sad to think it took all these years and 37 unsolved murders before anyone caught on. What bothers me is Foster telling the women to carry a gun or a baseball bat. I'd rather hear him tell the police to get the guy or get a new job. I was waiting for you to chime in. I was hoping you would feel the same way everyone posting does. While I have nothing but the highest regard for those that REALLY protect and serve, I am furious at the situations that our LSU students have posted. Somebody really dropped the ball. I feel so helpless here. I am so sorry, no ANGRY, the women of Baton Rouge (and all over it seems) are denied the right to live their life with SOME semblance of safety.
