Cut out all caffeine from your diet, including chocolate. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water (the recommended 8x8 oz. per day at least).
I find that my migraines are caffiene and dehydration triggered. Caffeine is a dehydrating substance, so it goes hand in hand.
