It was the single most awkward and HILARIOUS thing I have ever seen on TV.
They all stood around for more a than a minute not knowing what the hell to do. Miss Philippines had to be thinking "Bitch, give me my damned crown!"
I don't think she got the sash till after they went off stage. She didn't get to make her walk down the runway. They should have scooted the 2 women OFF camera to take the crown and sash from poor Miss Colombia while Harvey explained.
Steve Harvey should have apologized to the both of them PERSONALLY then and there.
