How is expressing a simple opinion, in a non-threatening manner, inflammatory? Just because your opinion differs from someone else's, does not mean that a person is trying to irritate you; rather, you have an opportunity to offer your opinion while supporting it with valid and legitimate arguments. Truthfully, this sort of knee-jerk reaction is far more common than it should be.
